Sadr Tamin Investment Company (Public Joint Stock Company), operating under the TASICO brand, is the specialized mining and mineral-industries holding within the Social Security Investment Company (SHASTA) group. Established in 1999 and listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange, TASICO invests in, owns, governs and develops a diversified portfolio of operating companies, associated companies, strategic equity interests and development projects across selected segments of the mining and mineral industries.

TASICO’s mandate is to protect and enhance long-term shareholder value through disciplined capital allocation, active ownership, sound corporate governance, operational improvement and responsible project development. In fulfilling this mandate, the Company seeks to create durable economic, industrial and social value for a broad stakeholder base, including institutional and public shareholders, capital-market participants, employees, portfolio companies, customers, suppliers and contractors, host communities, public authorities, business partners and future generations.

Through its portfolio, TASICO is exposed to exploration and drilling, mine development and extraction, mineral processing, metals and industrial-materials manufacturing, and selected downstream value-added products. The scope of ownership and operational control differs from one investment to another. Accordingly, controlled subsidiaries, associates, joint arrangements, strategic minority holdings and development projects are managed and disclosed in accordance with their respective legal, governance and accounting status.
