Tehran- Amir-Hossein Naderi, the CEO of Sadr Tamin Investment Company, thanked the efforts taken by the company\u2019s employees in a meeting after the holding\u2019s annual general assembly on Tuesday, August 29.<\/p>\n
He said that the company was a specialized holding and the endeavors of its team were somehow an operational demonstration of what was being performed in the subsidiaries of the company.<\/p>\n
The formation of the financial statements of Sadr Tamin Holding was the result of the consolidation of the financial statements of the subsidiary companies, he said, adding that thanks to the grace of God, the supervision, classification, and management of the holding brought about a good outcome during the last financial year to March 2023, which had been presented to the shareholders in the assembly, the website of the company reported.<\/p>\n
Pointing to the hadith, “People are like gold and silver mines,” he stated that the main capital of Sadr Tamin Company was its young, creative, and expert workforce rather than its mines. \u201cWith the solidarity and unity of this young human capital, we will achieve our ideal, which is the glory of the Islamic Republic,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n
The vice chairman of the board of directors of Sadra Tamine Company (TASSICO) reminded what was earlier mentioned in the General Assembly, all the subsidiaries had development plans in the last financial year to March 2023, and all of them were relatively in profit, and their profits were on the rise, which was a good thing.<\/p>\n
Based on this year\u2019s planning, Naderi said, the company would experience a dynamic successful year, adding that considering the measures taken, the company entered new fields and production of new products. \u201cThank God, we will sell gold bars to the market for the first time this year.\u201d<\/p>\n
The managing director reaffirmed his firm belief in organizational discipline. \u201cYou work in a holding company that manages subsidiaries, and your individual approach has an impact on these companies and their performances,\u201d Naderi explained.<\/p>\n
Referring to the major development projects in the company, the CEO said that these projects would be valuable if they were complete in time and at proper cost. Sadr Tamim group, he noted, had a rich pool of knowledge and it was the holding’s duty to identify the professional people working in the subsidiaries and provide them the opportunity for growth and development.<\/p>\n
Naderi concluded his talks by praising and thanking the performance of the Sadr Tamin team in the last fiscal year to March 2023 and referred to the comments by Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei to emphasize that today was not the day to get tired as we were closing the peaks.<\/p>\n
